By downloading or using this application ("app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions automatically. Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of the service provider.

The service provider is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you what you are paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to provide our services. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone — that is, remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise your device’s security features, and may cause the app to malfunction or stop working entirely.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which the service provider will not take responsibility. Some functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network operator. However, the service provider cannot take responsibility if the app does not function properly when you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have no remaining data allowance.

If you are using the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data while accessing the app, or for other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

Similarly, the service provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you should ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the service, the service provider cannot accept responsibility.

The service provider strives to keep the app up-to-date and accurate at all times. However, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. The service provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying solely on the functionality of the app.

The app may be updated from time to time. The app is currently available on Android, and system requirements (and for any additional systems to which we decide to extend the app) may change. You may need to download updates to continue using the app. The service provider does not promise that it will always update the app to remain relevant or compatible with every version of the operating system installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered. We may also stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any updates by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
